Yulia Tymoshenko has accused Viktor Yanukovich for not debating her in the elections on TV. I think she is right. He is afraid that people will see that he is not as sharp as she is or that he does not have the best interest of Ukraine in mind. Moscow is pure action and fun, but St. Petersburg is more eloquent and charming and in my opinion has more culture. </p>
