Yulia Tymoshenko has accused Viktor Yanukovich for not debating her in the elections on TV. I think she is right. He is afraid that people will see that he is not as sharp as she is or that he does not have the best interest of Ukraine in mind. Poland has very favorable rules and give Ukrainians visas very easy as I think Poland wants Ukraine to be a partner in Europe. This is because Poland is a Slavic country that is trying to balance Germany and France&#39;s power in the EU.
